October 6th Update 

Please find here below few important schedule updates:

Monday 7th October:

During this day, previously scheduled with the Vajrayoghini initiation, the Gaden Tripa asked to rest.

The Vajrayogini Initiation has been postponed to Tuesday 8th.

Morning
6 sessions Guru Yoga pratice explanation:

• From 9.30 to 11:00 in italian with Ven. Siliana Bosa
• From 11:00 to 12:30 in English with Massimo Corona

Afternoon

At 15:00 Institute Lama Tzong Khapa guided tour with Massimo Corona. 

Massimo Corona has been among the first Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rinpoche disceple, furher than Istituto Lama Tzong Khapa  and FPMT cofounders.

LUNCH: Monday lunch for whoever booked it at the Institute will be postponed at 12.30 (instead of 12:00).

Tuesday 8th October
Vajrayoghini Initiation and Tsog offering

Access to the teaching venue will start at 12:45.
Initiation will start at 2 p.m.
Access to the tent won’t be anymore permitted as from 3 p.m.

The following days program, as previously shared, with the oral transmission of the Vajrayogini commentary and the related combined meditations will follow as from 9th October.

From Wednesday 9th the rest of the program remains unchanged.

Ocotber 4rd Update 

Varation: H.H, Gaden Tri Rinpoche  has informed us that in the days of the initiations and of the commentary it will begin at 2:00 pm (instead of 2:30 pm).
The rest of the program remains confirmed.

Please we advise that during the 5th, 6th, 7th mornings the access to the event venue won’t be permitted as it will be reserved to the Master preparation.

 Tomorrow 5th October the access to the tent will be possible, for those who have registered with the form, exclusively from 12:45.pm.

There will be three access to the tent, divided by alphabetical order; depending on your surname initial, you will be kindly invited to get through that access.A colored bracelet will be provided, you’ll need to keep it to access to the tent during the whole event.

Ocotber 3rd Update 

Varation: Gaden Tri Rinpoche will arrive in Pomaia today, October 3th, around 7:00 pm. We will meet to welcome Rinpoche, with khatas and incense, at the Villa at around 6:30 p.m.

Villa Irene, located just 5 minutes walking from the Institute, next to Borgo di Pomaia, will be reserved for Rinpoche accommodation.
Access to the Villa, during His stay, will be then restricted.

Dear Friends,
We are very close to this very precious event.
We would like to share now some important informations useful for your participation.

During the 5th, 6th, 7th mornings the access to the event venue won’t be permitted as it will be reserved to the Master preparation.

Also, in that initiations days lunch will be anticipated at 12:00 pm.

There will be three access to the tent, divided by alphabetical order; depending on your surname initial, you will be kindly invited to get through that access.

A colored bracelet will be provided, you’ll need to keep it to access to the tent during the whole event.
These bracelets will have different colors, depending on your attendance periods.

• Green for the whole period.
• Blue for the Guhyasamaja initiation only
• Red for the Vajrayogini initiation only
• Orange for the Vajrayogini commentary only.

On the first day of the initiations an envelop will be distributed, containing the bandage and the flower needed for the initiations.
Please keep these with you for all the initiation days.

We remind you to bring the bracelet given the previous day.

From Tuesday 8th to Saturday 12th October
Oral transmission of Vajrayogini commentary based on the Pabongka Rinpoche text.

Morning

• From 9:00 to 11:00
  Meditation in English language on the Vajrayogini Sadhana with Ven.Siliana Bosa.
• From 11:30 to 12:30
  Questions and answers with Massimo Corona.
  Tuesday/Thursday and Saturday in Italian.
  Wednesday and Friday in English.

Afternoon 

• As from 2.30 p.m.
  Oral transmission of Vajrayogini commentary based on the Pabongka Rinpoche text.
• From 9 p.m. to 10 p.m
  Meditation in English language on the Vajrayogini Sadhana with Ven. Siliana Bosa

On Tuesday 8th in timing yet to be defined it will be added the monthly Tsog offering.

Sunday 13th October 
The program of Sunday 13th will be updated in case of long life Puja for Gaden Tri Rinpoche.

SCHEDULE (approximate, may undergo modifications):

3 October
Variation: Ganden Tripa staff has informed us, due to new commitments, He will arrive in Italy a day later than expected. For this reason the Lam Rim teachings of day 3 are canceled.

Gaden Tri Rinpoche will arrive in Pomaia on Thursday, October 3th, either late afternoon or in the evening. We will meet to welcome Rinpoche, with khatas and incense, at the Villa at around 5:45 p.m. Currently, His arrival is foreseen at 6:30 p.m..

Access to the Villa will be then restricted.

We need to share few important announcements:

SCHEDULE UPDATES
We have been informed that Friday 4th the Gaden Tripa will rest.
Guhyasamaja Initiation will start on Saturday 5th and will terminate on Sunday 6th, as previously foreseen.
Any change in the program will be published here, where you will find also all updated schedule and venue access timings. Only registered person which duly filled the form required and will have the correspondent bracelet, will be admitted to the teachings.

TEACHING VENUE
The teachings will take place in the large tent located in the courtyard of the statue of Cenresig.
Another communication will be shortly sent with confirmations of the initiation schedule and venue access timings.
Please make sure to be into the venue on time as no access will be permitted at event started.

TRANSLATION
If you need english translation during the teachings do not forget to bring an FM radio and earphones. it is also possible to purchase the radio with earphones at the Institute’s shop.

SADHANAS AND PRAYERS 
During next days we will share with all of you a link with the Sadhanas.
We remind you all that the practices are reserved exclusively to whom who will receive and/or received already the given tantric empowerment.
Printed copies of sadhanas can be purchased at the Institute’s shop (for those who requested them). In any case we will print more copies upon request at the Institute’s shop.

We are trying as much as possible to reduce our environmental impact, so if you have a tablet, please consider using the digital versions of the materials. Thank you!
