Data controller
The data controller is the Lama Tzong Khapa Institute, a civilly recognized religious body, with registered office and administrative offices in Via Poggiberna 15, 56040 Santa Luce, Pomaia district (PI), VAT number 02261290502, tax code. 90043410506. Registered in the Onlus Register since 03/20/2017 at no. 20776. Purpose of processing
For the purposes of applying European and national privacy legislation (EU Reg. 679/2016, henceforth Regulation, and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003), we inform you that personal data (name, surname, telephone contact, email address, country, bank details, and all other data entered in the event registration form) provided to the Institute when registering for the event and aimed at completing the formalities necessary for registration and attendance of the event and their use for service purposes and legitimate interest in the proper performance of the same and in compliance with legal obligations. The provision of the said data is mandatory and any refusal will make it impossible to register and participate in the same. Legal basis of the aforementioned processing is art. 6 lett. b) c) and f) of the Regulation. Also during the event, personal data may be collected through photographic and video recordings as well as audio recordings which could portray you, these data will be used together with the information acquired through the registration form, and without prejudice to compliance with the aforementioned purposes, as documentation to document the activity, create brochures, images to be used also on social channels, YouTube, websites, brochures, exhibition leaflets, interviews and press releases in such a way as to make the activity carried out known and promote it in support of the activities and institutional regulations of the Lama Tsong Khapa Institute. The legal basis for the processing of such data is art. 6 lett. a) and f) of the Regulation for which you are asked to express your consent at the bottom of this information, through a specific release for the use of images/videos.
Processing Methods
The processing for the aforementioned purposes can be carried out both on paper and digitally, manually and/or with electronic or, in any case, automated tools. They are also stored in paper archives and in digital format for the duration of the processing. The access to the acquired data is permitted to Institute staff. The personal data provided will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties for any reason. The acquired data will be processed and stored in compliance with European and national privacy legislation (EU Regulation 679/2016 and D.Lgs. n. 196/2003) for the duration of the event and, where not provided for by the conservation maximum, for the time in which the Institute is subject to retention obligations for tax purposes or for other purposes provided for by law or Regulation (such as in the period of 10 years for payments made).
Data retention period
The acquired data will be processed and stored in compliance with European and national legislation on the matter (EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) for the entire duration of the event and, where not provided for by the retention maximum, for the time in which the Institute is subject to conservation obligations for tax purposes or for other purposes established by law or Regulation (such as the 10-year term for payments made).

As a data subject, you can ask the Data Controller at any time:
- confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him;
- access to your personal data and information relating to them;
- the rectification of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data;
- the cancellation of personal data concerning you (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in art. 17, paragraph 1 of the Regulation and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article);
- the limitation of the processing of your personal data (in the event of one of the hypotheses indicated in art. 18, paragraph 1 of the Regulation),
- the transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.

As a data subject, you also have the right to object in whole or in part for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if it is pertinent to the purpose of the collection. Authorization
By choosing the “Yes” option when filling out the form to register for a course or event, regarding consent for photographic and/or video recordings of one’s image as well as audio recordings made by the Lama Tzong Khapa Institute (hereinafter “the Institute”) during the course or event, you authorize the Lama Tzong Khapa Institute to collect, use, publish and disseminate the images/videos depicting him/her as well as the audio recordings collected during the event on its official social channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, You Tube etc.), on blogs, pamphlets, magazines, brochures, institutional websites, without limits in terms of modality (for example web – radio – media television etc.), with any and widest possibility of adaptation/modification and editing that may be necessary/appropriate for dissemination and promotional purposes and the institutional activities of the Institute, as per the information set out above, also prohibiting their use in contexts that compromise personal dignity and decorum.
