Introducing Our New Booking System!

We are pleased to introduce our new course and accommodation booking system, designed to provide you with an enhanced and more seamless experience.

USER GUIDE

Are you already a 2025 member (or were you one in 2024)?

  1. Log in
    • Navigate to the bottom of the menu on our website (iltk.org) and click on Members Area (Area Soci)
    • In the blue box, enter your username and your password.
    • If you have forgotten your password, click on Lost your password?, enter your email and press Reset. Wait for the email with the new password.
    • If you cannot log in, write an email to itsupport@iltk.org
    • After logging in, you will see Hi [your name] at the bottom of the menu.
  2. Select the course or event
    • Access the page of the desired course/event, within the Calendar.
    • Click the REGISTER button (in red):
      • On PC you will find it on the right.
      • On smartphone you will find it at the bottom of the page.
  3. Check membership card status
    • If the 2025 card is not active, the system will propose the choice of the type of membership card (example ordinary member: € 20 per year).
  4. Check and complete your personal data
    • The system will automatically load your data.
    • Important: verify and fill in every field.

Are you not a 2025 member and were not one in 2024?

  1. Select the course or event
    • Go to the page of the desired course/event.
    • Click the REGISTER button (in red):
      • On PC you will find it on the right.
      • On smartphone you will find it at the bottom of the page.
  2. Create an account
    • Choose a unique username (e.g. firstname.lastname).
    • Create a password to remember for future registrations.
  3. Choose the membership card
    • Select the type of card (example ordinary member: € 20 per year).
  4. Enter your personal data
    • Complete all fields carefully, starting with your email.
    • Important: for foreign residence, insert the province code (without spaces) – if unavailable, insert the code of your country (e.g. FR for France).

In both cases, proceed as follows:

  1. Accommodation option
    • When asked, you can select if you wish to stay at the Institute (full board).
      • In this case, fill in the additional data required and press the red SEND button.
      • After a few seconds, you will be redirected to the booking platform, where:
        • You choose the type of accommodation for the course dates.
        • You can potentially vary check‑in/check‑out by a few days.
        • Finally click Book (in red).
      • You will return to the site within a few seconds to complete the checkout and proceed to payment (PayPal, card, or bank transfer).
        • The default fiscal document for accommodation is a receipt. For an invoice, enter full billing details.
        • If choosing bank transfer: leave the checkout window open, make the transfer, save the PDF receipt, upload it to the checkout page, and finally press PAY NOW.
    • No accommodation:
      • If you choose this option, you can book meals at our restaurant during the course/retreat days, paying for them at the reception upon arrival.
  2. Payment
    • If you chose accommodation at the Institute, see the previous point.
    • If you chose accommodation at the Borgo or no accommodation, proceed to payment following the instructions and pressing the red SEND button.
    • In the case of free courses, it is still necessary to confirm by pressing the red SEND button.
  3. The red SEND button is not working?
    • If the system does not respond to the SEND button within 10 seconds, verify all filled fields – the system might not have accepted some fields correctly (e.g. country of residence, province – to be written with the code, gender…)
    • Check for any error messages below the button to better understand the problem.
    • If you still cannot resolve it, take a screenshot of the page where you are stuck and send the support request to help@iltk.org.
  4. Registration Confirmation
    • If the registration is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
    • In case of bank transfer, you will immediately receive an email acknowledging the request. Within 2–3 days, after payment verification, the final confirmation will arrive.

Important Note:

  • Always verify your data before sending.
  • Check your email inbox (including the spam folder) for automatic communications.
  • In case of doubts or technical problems, contact our technical support via email help@iltk.org.
  • People of all sexual orientations, gender identities, gender expressions, and body types are welcome to attend the courses. However, it is important to note that accommodations in this tradition are strictly separated into men’s and women’s sections. If you do not identify with a binary distinction, we ask that you initially select ‘Male’ or ‘Female’ to indicate which section you think you would be most comfortable in, and then describe your personal situation in the “Personal Notes” section. It is important for us to have this information in advance so that, following further contact with you, we can assess how best to welcome you to the Institute.
