Productivity and Inner Peace

How to find balance and a sense of fulfilment in our work, social life, and family

ON SITE AND ONLINE AS A SPECTATOR

Every individual has value. Every one wants to be of value – to addvalue. To be productive for oneself and others. To be productive and recognised for the identity, the value, the work that they contribute to a team, company and society. However, productivity can become challenging when inner peace – your sense of self, your sense of well being is stressed rather consistently.

Identifying key dependencies of productivity and inner peace through awareness can transform the state of an individual, a team and foster tremendous growth in ones expression of life. At work and home. A balance in life.

What drives us? What gives us the permission to be ourselves and grow? What affects our energy? What affects our presence. What makes us have a restful sleep?

In this course, perspectives of identity and emotions will be viewed from different angles. Within a circle of trust and honesty, we will explore our own unique intellectual, emotional and energy zones.

We will see how things are and how things can be?… What leads and drives us to make us who we are? How we see ourselves, others and what we can influence? What can we change, towards productivity and inner peace…word by word, thought by thought, emotion by emotion – proactively.

We will explore the mechanics of existential challenges and opportunities posed upon us, by ourselves, society, education systems and the mechanics of business architecture. We shall mindfully trace emotions that produce thoughts and thoughts that produce emotions – our relationship with interdependence, certainty and impermanence. Identify things that are of value to us for work, relationships, productivity and inner peace.

Do we see more than what we look for? Deepening our own emotional resources and references and aligning our activity with productivity and the emotions of inner peace. Changing what we look for through an organic ethical discipline, a deep experiential resource of joy, kindness, compassion and focus.

Finding a operating zone of ease and flexibility with the need for certainty as well as change. Smoothing out the good byes and welcomes with appreciation, gratitude and opportunity.- Separating and connecting the dots of dependence and interdependence. Freedom through interdependence, compassion and interdependent identity.

Knowing your choices and distractions with awareness. A mindfulness for clearer choices, a focus on productivity and an inner ease – an inner peace that celebrates life.
