How to participate in the event
ACCESS TO THE EVENT HALL
The empowerment will be held in the tent structure located in the area of the large Cenresig Statue; the tent structure will be accessible from Saturday 15 April at 1 pm. Please respect this schedule and the below daily program. At the entrance it will be:
- verified the registration, which was made through the form on the event page
- given the envelop with the materials needed for the initiation
- given an orange bracelet that must be worn to gain access to the hall afterwards
The hall of the event will be reserved in the morning for the Rinpoche preparation and therefore it will not be possible to access it before the day and time communicated above. Some activities, such as the morning meditation, will be instead held inside the Institute, in the Meditation Hall.
TRANSLATIONS
The language in the hall will be Tibetan with consecutive Italian translation.
English: on FM radio or on Zoom: the frequency and link will be communicated in the hall
Spanish: on Zoom, the link will be communicated in the room
Please consider that the zoom links are strictly reserved for participants in attendance and should not be shared with others. Thank you.
For the translations into English and Spanish, we ask you to bring an FM radio, telephone with fm radio, earphones/headphones and/or any other useful digital support (sample tablet).

Tuesday, April 18, 9:30 a.m. on the hillside of Lhungtok Choekorling Monastery
Jhado Rinpoche accepted the request of the Sangha Onlus Monks and Nuns Association, to give the oral transmission of the text The Recitation of the Holy Names of Manjushri (Manjushri Namasamgiti), on the hillside of Lhungtok Choekorling Monastery (about one kilometer far from the Institute) on Monday, April 18, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. This is an extremely profound, precious and sacred text, considered among the most advanced of all the Buddha’s teachings. The essence of Namasamgiti is that the bodhisattva Manjushri is the embodiment of all knowledge. The Namasamgiti is a short text, about 160 verses, but it contains all the Buddha’s dharmas

On Friday 14th April the reception desk will be open until 6pm. After this time you will find a board next to the entrance door of the secretariat with your name and directions to your accommodation.
On Saturday 15 April, the secretariat/reception desk will be open from 9:00 am.
Please remember that you will need to go to the reception desk for check-in at your earliest convenience.

LOW ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT EVENT
We do our best to contribute to the preservation of this blue planet that is our Mother Earth.
That is why we are asking your active collaboration towards certain actions that enable us to organize an environment friendly event. We thank you in advance for your understanding and collaboration.
TEXTS AND PRAYERS
The initiation support texts including prayers will be made available in digital format, with a link we will communicate shortly. For ecological reasons, we have chosen to only print on paper only what is strictly necessary.
The image of Guhyasamaja will be handed out together with the blindfold and flower on the first day, Saturday 15 April from 1 p.m., at the entrance into the tent structure.
We strongly suggest that you help yourself with a digital support such as a tablet, phone, etc…
WATER
In order to reduce the impact on the environment, both in terms of waste and energy resources, even a small gesture such as participating in the event by bringing a cup and a water bottle from home, it can make a difference. At the Institute you will have several places to refill yourself with hot or cold water. At the bar shop it will still be possible to buy cups and water bottle. Thank you.
